Lead Business Analyst

• They are responsible for partnering with Product Management to understand the product vision and develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and help to set key business objectives for the product.

• They are responsible for collaborating to execute on the product strategy that incorporates the need for modernization, stability, and onboarding new users to the cross-cutting technology services e.g APIs, micro-services.

• They are responsible for the creation, maintenance, and prioritization of Product Backlog across multiple teams, ensuring adherence to SDLC and incorporating into the Definition of Done for features, and providing continuous direction and support to agile team to ensure success.

• They must also have the ability to encourage an open exchange of information and viewpoints, foster a sense of urgency to achieve customer goals, and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles.

Who We Are Looking For

• The Lead Business Analyst is a member of the Agile Delivery Team responsible for defining user stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to align with customer values.
